3. Acceptable and Permitted Uses

  • Producing handmade, custom, or small-batch products for sale in accordance with your license terms (up to 500 units per design under standard license)
  • Using files for client work as a professional crafter, designer, maker, or creative entrepreneur
  • Modifying, customizing, resizing, or recoloring designs to suit your specific projects or brand aesthetic
  • Sharing photos of finished products created with our files on social media, blogs, portfolios, or craft forums (attribution appreciated but not required)
  • Participating constructively in our community, providing feedback, suggestions, or testimonials
  • Using our files in educational settings for teaching crafting techniques or design principles (with proper credit)

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any activity that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, we encourage you to report it to us immediately. This includes:

  • Unauthorized distribution or sharing of our digital files on file-sharing sites, social media, or forums
  • Fraudulent use of our designs or intellectual property infringement
  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior by users
  • Security vulnerabilities or system abuse

5. Consequences of Policy Violations

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, determined at Jute Polace Corp's sole discretion:

5.1 Warnings and Notices

5.2 Account Suspension

5.5 No Refunds

Account termination or license revocation due to policy violations does not entitle you to any refund of amounts paid. All sales remain final regardless of disciplinary action taken.
